Training programme for arts-based learning practitioners

Are you a musician, filmmaker, actor or artist working in the community?

A new course for arts practitioners teaching in the community has been developed by CME and the University of East Anglia (UEA).

The Certificate of Continuing Education in Teaching through Creative Process and Practice is aimed at musicians, filmmakers, actors and artists looking to improve their skills and gain a qualification.

Art for All?? Conference

Cinema City/Norwich University College of the Arts,
Norwich - 21st-22nd November 2008

Ben Higham, director of CME, launched the organisation’s eye-catching and user-friendly Art for All website at a two day conference held at the end of November 2008.  Both events mark the end of CME’s very successful 3-year Art for All programme, and celebrate the resulting creative products which appear as films on the website.

Rock School on Tour

Our Rock School on Tour bands had a great time at their gig on Saturday 1 November in at the Brickmakers B2 in Norwich. The young musicians formed bands at Rock Schools during the half term week, wrote their own songs and performed to an enthusiastic crowd at the Youth Music Week gig.
